I recently booked a hair appointment and was also booked in to get my nails done. Everyone who works there are really polite and friendly and make you feel like they genuinely want your custom. The lady who did my hair (full head of colours and a cut) was really chatty and talked through all the products she was using etc, the really nice thing was that she wasn't trying to make me buy any of them, which actually makes you more likely to buy them! I ended up having 2 ladies doing my nails as there had been a mix up with the booking, they really rallied around to make sure that I went out with exactly what I had hoped for. They couldn't have done more and I couldn't thank them enough. I have been coming here for a couple of years now and will continue to for many more years to come. I fully recommend them both for hair and beauty.
