Chole made me feel very comfortable and didn't make me feel stupid when I asked questions. I was also accommodated last minute with what I was booked in for, and Chloe was also able to add something else for me during the appointment. Great team and experience today. Thank you

We always enjoy coming to have our hair done at jo and cass we so glad we gave the salon a try and been coming for 3 years or so It was for summer my daughter this time we usually have Liam if we can he is a amazing hairdresser and very talented and great guy and honest and wants to give you best experience and be happy with the results summer was over the moon what Liam had done today and has boosted her confidence. the reception are always helpful and friendly and that puts me at ease it’s nice to have sit down with a drink and having a head massage and in the chair is great! we really appreciate having such a great salon and feeling comfortable coming thanks everyone Sara and summer xx

A beautiful salon where you feel very welcome and it's always a lovely experience. Very friendly and brilliant staff and I always go here for my hair (colour, cut) and nails. It may be a little bit more pricey than other places in Lancaster but a. not much and b. worth it for the great experience. It's the largest salon in Lancaster and I think the fact that the staff stay there a long time says a lot about how much the business invests in its people. A really great place. I've been going since I was a student back in the '90s!
