Welcomed with a smile, reception staff were very kind and took me to my seat. I had a Hot Chocolate to drink which was amazing! My stylist very very confident and knowledgeable about today's appointment.When having my hair washed the apprentice talked through every stage and I had an amazing head massage ( Lilly) I was very happy with the end result and I will definitely be back. Thank you so much.
