Yet again, we got really well looked after and are both delighted with our hair. We were offered prosecco, mulled wine and chocolates. Always lovely to see the staff who are so friendly and welcoming.

I had my hair done at Jo Anderson today and it was wonderful! I rarely have my hair done because I've had so many negative experiences at different salons before, but this was great! I'm still in shock. From the moment I arrived (ten minutes early, oops) I was looked after and made to feel welcome. Ruth sat me down and talked about what I wanted doing, then Paige took me for a hair wash/head massage. The chair was a massage chair (you can say if you don't want it to massage you, mind) and it was so relaxing. I've been to several salons where they scrub at your head and it seems they just want you done as soon as possible, but this was like a luxury experience and it was fab. The cut itself was great, Ruth is really skilled and made me feel so good about myself. I could overhear other customers gushing about how pleased they were so I think their service must be good all round! Can't say enough nice things about them really. I don't live in Hexham but I'll definitely come again next time I'm up!

This is my second visit to Jo Anderson hair salon in Hexham.On both occasions I was greated with a warm and friendly and professional welcome by all of the staff. Megan always colours my hair and we decided this time to add some highlights in warm tones they look amazing.John cut my hair I'm finding it much easier to style myself now as I don't have much time to do so.Best haircut I've had.
