The Italian gent that cuts my hair is very professional and knowledgeable, gives a very relaxing and enjoyable haircut. The small things count, for example the different barbering products, hair tonics used make for a really enjoyable visit

This was my first visit to the salon, I booked my appointment online with Neil, who had been recommended by two friends. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that Neil was on holiday and that my appointment was with someone else. As this was prior to my holiday I carried on and had my hair cut but remain disappointed that my appointment had not been with the stylist I had booked. This online booking system needs reviewing so that appointments aren't booked with staff who are on holiday.

They charged me more than I expected but I didn't say anything, and I had to wait a long time even though I had an appointment

Unfortunately during my visit there was a slight emergency ongoing whilst at my appointment My hair colouring did not go as I expected and I ended up with my hair colour not exactly as I required will need another visit to rectify this issue issue
