Having not been to a hairdressers in years, this is my second visit in as many months! Both times I had a treatment and feed-in cornrows, done by Raiisa, and both times I have been extremely happy with the results. I was able to keep the style for over a month, and could have probably left it in for a couple of weeks more but wanted to redo my hair before the Xmas rush and work's party.I'm really impressed by how much softer my hair has become, and after both visita, I've had people comment on how nice my hair looks. The salon is not local to me, but it is now my go-to hairdressers.

Wow, my appt this time round was such a breath of fresh air. This time around, I received Politeness, friendliness, courtesy, addressed by my name. I had been two times before to the salon and was unimpressed with the experience, and I nearly didn't go back. From the assistant to the stylist, Jennifer top service. I had such a great experience, and the finish on my hair was beautiful - Keratine treatment. Jennifer changed my mind, and I will be back.

Overall, it was a great experience. The hairdresser who did my hair was very good and very knowledgeble. I was very happy with the end result. Although, there are two areas for potential improvement. 1) punctuality-salon was closed when I arrived (even though it was approx 10am). When hairstylists arrived no one apologised to myself and the other customer who had been waiting. 2)pricing structure- often with 'overlapping services' there is a combined price. For example wash, shampoo and treatment (one overall price) and any additions are charged separately. As it seems that these services are priced separately on your website, the hairdresser and I were both confused as to what the correct cost should have been. This may also mean that it is difficult for customers to budget as they may expect one price and be asked to pay another.

The only Salon I trust with my hair. My hair is growing like never before and I have no shedding. I would highly recommend getting your hair done by Raiisa.
