Today was my first appointment at Hiikuss. I had a keratin treatment done for the first time. The hairdresser was friendly and informative when I asked questions about the treatment. I'm happy with the results and would recommend. My only complaint would be that, my appointment started over 30 minutes late. Next time, it would be good to be notified ahead of time if a previous client's appointment is going to run over significantly, to avoid waiting around.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the way I was treated upon my arrival to Hiikuss. Each member of the team were extremely welcoming, friendly and attentive to me and my hair needs which in turn made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Throughout the whole process of consultation, relaxing my hair, treatment and cutting and styling, the team were very professional and gave me invaluable advice as to how I should be looking after my hair, which is exactly what I wanted and needed. All in all, I left the salon beaming at the fact that I hadn't spent the whole day in a salon having to endlessly wait for various different people to do different things. I walked out feeling fully confident that me and my hair were in the best possible hands. I will definitely be returning back to Hiikuss and they will be my new hair home. Thank you, thank you so much both to Sharon, Olivia and team Hiikuss. See you soon!

My appointment took 3 hours that is too long due to my stylist being book with another client. May i suggest that staff should look at what clients are having done before double booking as its not fair for the first client to be left waiting several times when their hair is being done for the stylist to start another's hair. Also i was told that if a second relaxer tub is opened then the client has to pay extra i was not aware of this when i was booking the appointment and i dont think that is fair. Client should be made aware of changes before not whilst their hair is being done.

My experience at Hikuss is always good. The stylist that did my hair was very professional and knew what she was doing. The actual salon is clean and the staff there are very friendly. I am definitely going back. This was my first experience with Teza my stylist and she did an amazing job, my hair was stylyed to perfection, she gave me good advice and recommendations.
