I had yeta. She couldn't perform the service I asked for and was quite rude. I will never go to this salon again.

I had a relaxer done and the woman who did my hair didn't put any vaseline near my hairline above my forehead (and unfortunately I wasn't paying attention at this point to notice). As a result I received first-degree chemical burns on this area and left the salon with a red, irritated hairline. It was also annoying that the Stylist played it down and told me that the area wasn't red when I could clearly feel my skin burning and saw afterwards that it WAS indeed red and inflamed. I'd much rather have a Stylist that admits to mistakes when they happen and apologises. It's much more professional and avoids adding insult to (literal) injury.

Parts of my hair was cut without asking so it was too late to say anything. Although I was told an hour into the appointment that they were short staffed, I still didn't expect to leave the salon 4 hours later, when the treatment I booked was meant to be approx 1 hour and 30 mins.

I had a lovely stylist treat and trim my hair. However, I did inform her how tender headed I was during the process but she continued blow drying and combing out my hair pretty rough. The door was open majority of the time which made me very cold whilst I waited with wet hair for the stylist returned to me, as she was doing multiple clients’ hair. I was referred by a friend, but unfortunately I will not be returning as I left with such a sore head and a head cold.

My second time at the salon and the women I had Layota seemed moody and wasn't as helpful as could have been. Doesn't create the nicest experience when you are paying lots of money to get your hair done
