Never the same staff so don’t build up a chatty relationship although the 2 girls today were very good and pleasant hope They are still there next time !!

I was disappointed that the salon was felt quite grubby - I was the first appointment of the day and the toilet was dirty. The bin in the treatment room was full of rubbish from the previous day's activities, including a coffee cup.

I was disappointed that I had a voucher from lander and stone and it wasn’t valid due to date and they couldn’t access the old system. The. When I wanted to pay with a old £20 note the receptionist said she could t take it. I pointed out it was still valid currency and she did take it. The young lady who actually provided the treatment was extremely professional and very friendly so very impressed with her.

Dear Sir/Madam I wanted to write and say how disappointed I am with the services provided. My mum and myself had a lash lift on Friday afternoon. My appointment was at 5pm and the lady I had was great. My lash lift came out lovely and very happy with the services. However my mother was extremely unhappy (appointment at 4pm on Friday), she did not feel relaxed, the lady couldn’t get the eye strips on took her 7 gos, and the overall outcome was extremely poor. I have attached photo with glue left all over eyelid eye was slightly glued together, there was black dye below eye and on eye lid. At home I had to spend 20 minutes trying to remove all the black off and the glue to unstick her eye. This was her first lash lift experience and she won’t be doing it again after this. Extremely disappointed and charging £65 to let her leave with black all over her face she was extremely unhappy.

I have had many facials over the years and each time I have one with Isobel, she makes you feel relaxed, comfortable and is clearly passionate with what she does. I highly recommend The Cove Spa and in particular, Isobel.
