Fabulous visit with Ashley. She was incredibly patient and gave me good advice regarding my treatment. This is the best experience I have had at the Cove. If they could do anything to make it better, they need to heat up that back room. I’ve been going there for years and years and every time I go they apologise for how cold it is but have still never addressed it. It does make the treatment sometimes unpleasant and extremely cold .

I have used the Cove for many years and it is usually great. Today, it was a different beautician which really didn’t seem to know what she was doing. After pouring boiling wax on my legs, taking 45 minutes to do a half-leg wax, and a smudged and messy pedi that I could have done much better myself, I am not impressed. All that said, the girls who usually work there are good so I will be trying them one more time and hope I get a better beautician next time.

Holly was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, she took time to tell me about the products she was using, and talked me through the steps of my lash lift and tint, my eyelashes are not that long or think, but the results were beautiful i am so pleased and will have them done again. Thanks

I would like to clarify these results do not reflect the therapist who was very professional and did provide a great facial. However throughout the one hour treatment I could hear her colleagues in the reception area talking the whole time extremely loudly which completely took away any relaxation from the treatment. £70 is a lot to pay when you dont get the relaxing time you thought you would get - especially when taking a day off work! Disappointing as you ate me local salon and would liked to have booked in for more facials but wouldn’t book another after this experience.
