The saloon is very busy and noisy. A bit to frantic sometimes. Pricing is going up a bit quickly. Anna is however fantastic, best haircut I have ever had (even if she is now not always getting all the grey ones!). She is always friendly and very very professional. Always look forward to my visit. A wonderful salon with professional staff and a nice, buzzy atmosphere I a lovely corner of Knightsbridge. However, it is clearly high-end, so I don't tend to suggest it to friends unless they strike me as someone who'd pay for high-end services. Otherwise, I'd fully recovered the salon to anyone considering a visit.

Errol Douglas always a very nice salon to go to, the occasional problem which has to do with booking a large number of appointments in advance.

I always have a lovely time when I come in to get my hair done. My stylist, Eve, is amazing. And I particularly love the fact that an appointment doesn't take 3+hrs to get my hair relaxed, treated, trimmed and styled, which has always been the case with every other salon I've been to in the past.
