I have been to Errol Douglas twice to texturise my hair and so far so very good! Wayne is so patient and gentle with my very kinky hair. Everyone seems really happy to work there. The salon is always very clean and orderly. After each blow-dry my hair ends up soft and fabulously bouncy! They really do listen to what your concerns and questions are and offer useful pieces of advice.

It is a very high end hair dresser. Before you get a treatment for the first time they will check if you have any allergies. I'm very satisfied with the hair cuts and styling. I believe the price for food/beverage is it worthy and I haven't yet find out the really added value to pay a senior vs non senior stylist - they are all extremely professional and training by the master hair dresser (per specialty) If you are looking for a specialized treatment this is the place to go.

I recommended to my friend on the day of my appointment I do think you shouldn't have to pay for your drinks and £6 is really expensive for a fruit juice
