I have been coming to see LORRAINE at Errol Douglas for 15 years and the service is consistently amazing. I always leave with a beaming smile because LORRAINE actually listens to me and makes sure I am happy. The salon is friendly and welcoming and professional. Thank you Julia

As always, I had perfect service and perfect hair. I enjoy going to the salon here, as the staff always makes me feel at home and they are incredibly attentive and very good at what they do. I would never go anywhere else, I completely trust them with my hair.

Once again I have had a wonderful experience. The staff polite,respectful, courteous and helpful. The atmosphere always welcoming and I always leave happy. The feel good factor can't shouldn't be underestimated. Thank you Eve, thank you Jade and Errol for my Prosceco.

I think your text reminder is an excellent idea when the client just has to reply "yes" Always a joy to come to the salon - I wish I lived nearer as all the staff are so friendly and welcoming
