For the prices charged for a mans haircut, now increased to £70.00 plus, you should really offer a FREE Coffee AT LEAST !!!!!!

Jasmin did my hair amazingly. She was confident working with mixed hair and transformed my black hair with brown tips into a multi-tone ash blonde. Cannot believe it. I’ve done lots of research on dying dark mixed hair blonde, and often hear that you need to do it in stages and have multiple trips to the salon. She nailed it in one go and my curl pattern is in tact. The two assistants were good too and did good jobs at detangling my hair which usually takes me 30 minutes. The environment can be quite hectic.

I visited Errol Douglas and had a curly perm. The hairdresser, Eve, was fantastic and she did a strand test as well as the main treatment. Her advice and work were professional and she gave attention to detail in her work. On leaving, I was happy with the condition of my hair. The only disappointment is that my lightning jacket ended up on the floor of the closet, as opposed to a hanger, at the end of my visit on leaving the appointment.

Blow dry by Wayne was excellent as usual. The hair wash was not great.

My senior stylist Wayne was great - friendly & knowledgable. He asked the right questions before working on my hair. My overall experience was a very good one; however I did not feel that the service quite warrented the price I was charged.
