Overall I am happy with the salon my stylist and the quality of my hair cut. However, I often find that the brushes etc. have not been cleaned and still have lots of other peoples hair in them in fact at my last visit the brush used was full of long blond hair and it was a bit off putting. I realise it is the nature of the business but feel that the combs and brushes should be cleaned before moving onto the next client. On a positive note my hair is always cut very well, all are very friendly and I like the text to remind of appointments. I also think that the birthday email with the £5 off is a very nice touch.

En Route is a friendly, professional salon offering a first class, value for money service. I enjoy my visits to the salon and would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family. Great care and attention is paid to the individual needs of clients and there is always a willingness to go that extra mile to ensure that the desired look is achieved. I am delighted with the service that I receive and am particulary pleased with the loyalty points reward scheme that is in operation at the salon. A big thank you to Mel and all her staff.

I am a busy working Mum so I don't come as often as I should but I am always very pleased with my hair cut. I see Sarah. She is lovely and very good at cutting my curly hair. This year we have experimented with foils in 3 different colours and I love the result. I have already booked my appointment for December so I look great for the party season.
