This is a friendly salon where you are welcomed and looked after. There is always time to discuss your hair beforehand and to ask questions and , while you are never pressured to buy, there is an excellent range of products for every type of hair.I enjoy my visits and would recommend the salon as both creative and progressive in its aims and attitudes.

I had been going to the same hairdresser for 30 years and was not always satisfied with the finished product but since visiting En Route, I feel I have been transformed. I feel a different person and had so many complements after my first visit. Well done to all the staff!!

Atmosphere in salon is usually upbeat and friendly. Sometimes have to wait a while for a coffee after having been seated prior to appointment with stylist. I've never been offered magazines to read when waiting, but have managed to locate them myself! Recent price increase was a rather hefty 10% making the salon as expensive as other hairdressers in the town centre. These are all small niggles that can be addressed and I would still recommend salon to friends and family.

Customers are valued and looked after attentively and in a friendly manner. Hair stylists never just 'cut away' but ask for and listen to what the customer would like and will make the necessary recommendations where appropriate.
