My visit was perfect from start to finish! I was well overdue for my colour and cutting, the girls had a challenge. It felt like total pampering from the moment I walked through the door to be greeted with smiling friendly faces saying "hello, nice to see you". It's a lovely welcoming place to visit. The whole experience was delightful, the girls all work hard and are a friendly caring group, it's a real treat to visit. I'm very pleased with the outcome and have had lots and lots of nice compliments about my hair. The cut is perfect, the colour is gorgeous, the time spent to make sure I was happy with the results more than justifies the cost. I'm one happy bunny! Thank you!

Customers are valued and looked after attentively and in a friendly manner. Hair stylists never just 'cut away' but ask for and listen to what the customer would like and will make the necessary recommendations where appropriate.

Atmosphere in salon is usually upbeat and friendly. Sometimes have to wait a while for a coffee after having been seated prior to appointment with stylist. I've never been offered magazines to read when waiting, but have managed to locate them myself! Recent price increase was a rather hefty 10% making the salon as expensive as other hairdressers in the town centre. These are all small niggles that can be addressed and I would still recommend salon to friends and family.
