Overall I am happy with the salon my stylist and the quality of my hair cut. However, I often find that the brushes etc. have not been cleaned and still have lots of other peoples hair in them in fact at my last visit the brush used was full of long blond hair and it was a bit off putting. I realise it is the nature of the business but feel that the combs and brushes should be cleaned before moving onto the next client. On a positive note my hair is always cut very well, all are very friendly and I like the text to remind of appointments. I also think that the birthday email with the £5 off is a very nice touch.

I love having my hair being done and look forward to going to En Route the staff are so friendly and helpful and eager to advise. I love the way Shelly has cut and styled my hair.
