This is a wonderful salon, they are welcoming and all the stylist are very good, I have my hair done by Susan and she is very good at suggesting new things and making the best of your features. My 2 year old has his haircut here as well and they are really good with him too! Highly recommended.

smf Susan has been cutting my hair for more years than I care to remember! I have always had sound advice and an wonderful cut. Loads of people ask woo cuts my hair.Many of my friends now go to Mary Handy as a result of the cut they see.

I LOVE this salon. Susan is not only an excellent and professional hairdresser but a great host making her clients feel welcome and valued. She makes you feel like you've been friends for years. The added pampering of foot massager and hand massage is the icing on the cake. All this with a huge selection of premium drinks (the hot chocolate is gorgeous!). And you leave with a hairstyle that you love due to the time taken to discuss what you want and what styles are appropriate for your hair and lifestyle. Every member of staff you encounter here goes to great lengths to ensure you have a perfect experience. Not the cheapest salon in the area, but if you're looking for value for your money then Mary Handy is far and away the best. You get what you pay for and so much more. (Including cuddles with the fabulous, four legged Mr Handy!)

Mary Handy is simply the best hair salon I've ever found. The quality of the work is outstanding, and the environment is just lovely. I would highly recommend it.
