The music is still awful in the hitchin salon

Please do note that as we encourage the use of license-free music in our Spa's the choice is restrictive, however in our view remains fitting to the objective of providing a calm environment to all our customers. My husband treated me to a Swedish body massage for my birthday. After giving birth to my gorgeous son I needed some much needed pampering!!! On arrival I was greeted by a lovely friendly receptionist and I didn't have to wait long for my masseuse Zoe. I can't sing her praises enough, she listened to my needs and wants and gave the best massage I've ever had. She's a real asset to your Spa and I will definitely visit again

Excellent back massage with Zoe. Would be good to have a selection of music in each room and for therapists to be able to adjust volume.

I didn’t answer the professional advice question as I didn’t ask for any or receive any during this visit. I have received great guidance previously and the ladies have always been wonderful.

The therapists are all very professional and took a great deal of care and time to ensure that I was happy and comfortable. Laura especially was wonderful .... going out in her lunch break to get me a sandwich as I was having 3 separate treatments over 3-4 hours. The treatments are all of a high standard. I was very happy with my manicure/ pedicure and Body massage. Well done girls!
