The reason for low rating is purely due to hair comming out not the way i wanted and not the customer service but perhaps the skills should be questioned. I came in for full head highlights and the finish came out darker than what i came with. So unfortunately not what i expected and that is why i am dissapointed. Im not sure what went wrong and how but i even presented a picture of what i would like to achieve or similar but what i have got was far from it. Also at the back of the head there is a patch of bleach blonde that rather than a highlight which looks very odd and feels as if it is going to fall out.... anyhow the server was very lovely the customer service she provided was friendly and i definitely could feel well taken care of....only until the end when i saw the final outcome. It is a shame as now i need to get used to new unwated look and has the colour came out right i would definitely come back but after todays experience i ll have to look elswhere to redo my hair the way i wanted. I do feel sorry for the server as she was genuinly lovely and i didnt want to make a scene in fron of other customers but perhaps needs more training as definitely something went wrong there and paying £135 for something you are not happy with is not right.

Manicures are done upstairs in this small, little space. The nail technician was not personable, upbeat or especially friendly. She also never asked how I would like my nails done, just simply did them as she liked. When I noticed my tips were looking more beige than white, I mentioned I preferred a whiter tip, and she simply laughed. When I repeated my preference, she remarked that she likes doing French nails in this way as it looks more like a natural nail. I'm sorry, but isn't it the customer's choice how they want their nails to look?? By then she had finished with them and she simply said, well, next time we will do them differently. I've Never been to a nail salon where they did not ask your preference for colors for French. I felt uncomfortable the entire time and will not be returning again.

The hair stylist was in such a hurry and was not gentle with my hair at all. This was a very stressful experience. My hair is very long therefor it takes longer to handle but I wasnt asked for this detail when I made the appointment. My hair needs to be conditioned before blow drying but this wasnt supplyed so I left the salon with my hair very frizzy & dry. I asked for a wavy blowout which was refused because they had no time.

This was my first time going to Cocoon and was recommended to go there by a friend, so I was optimistic that this was going to be a good experience. When I was at my appointment and speaking to my stylist I asked to have a long bob that was about shoulder length or just slightly shorter as I wanted to shorten my hair a little before the lockdown. The stylist was rather annoyed and initially refused to cut my hair as I needed to have had a consultation prior to my appointment, and that she needed more than one hour with my hair. I was rather taken aback as when I booked online there was no indication that I needed to have a consultation. She then seemed rather annoyed and cut my hair anyway, mentioning mid-cut that she was going to have to increase the price of the haircut (which was something I did not expect given that the stylist rates are on the website). She then rushed through cutting my hair, didn't ask me if I wanted bangs or not, and when she realised that an hour of time had elapsed she then rushed through curling my hair (the end result of the haircut was definitely not a long bob). She then left me in the chair covered in hair with the expectation that I was to quickly follow her to the cash register. When I managed to catch up with her (after a failed attempt at removing the large clumps of hair off my sweater), she had already punched in an even larger fee for my haircut and did not give me the 20% off discount for new clients (as advertised on their website). Overall, it was a rather expensive and disappointing experience, and I regret making the appointment in the first place. My hair looks even worse now, as there is clearly one side that is longer than the other, so I am keeping it hidden under hats until it finally grows out into a normal shape/style.

The hair glossing treatment was fine but the blow dry was average and I have asked to get volume on the top but the hairdresser wasn’t up for doing that and she didn’t. They couldn’t find my jacket at the end and I had to wait. They didn’t ask if I was happy with the result. This was my second time at the saloon so I should have been entitled of a discount as a new customer but I didn’t get it as apparently it is not valid on weekends, but no one mentioned that when I stopped by for patch test and for booking the appointment. More than anything I wouldn’t recommend it as when I asked for volume on the top I got told by the hairdresser that she couldn’t after colour.

Hi, I been remove my hair extensions, everything nice and quick the guy start to do it! He finish and I realised he don't even say to wash my hair( probably laud is you think how was looking my hair after the extensions was down) , I find very unprofessional to send a customer home like this! After I ask a nice girl who was in trail she wash my hair! Come back to the main guy who put my extensions down he start to rush to dry my hair after 5 minutes say I can go( obviously my hair was still wed) ! After all this I hear I need to pay 60 pounds ( for what)? I won't recommend to nobody to go there, they have a name and they just use the name !
