Generally good experience and friendly staff. Back of head near neck was not washed properly at all, and rough dry was poorly done - had to redo when arrived home. Otherwise everything else totally fine and staff accommodating.

It was visibly quite unclean. The chair, little table around things were quite unclean. Not planning to visit again!!

My Apointment was made 6 weeks ago for 3.45. At 3.30 on the day I received a phone call saying my stylist was running late and asking me not to come until 4.15. I was already in town so it was not very convenient but I agreed. I arrived just before 4.15 and was asked to wait until my stylist was free - at 4.30 I was still waiting 😡. My stylist is lovely and I am happy with the way she cuts my hair but that is ridiculous. I thought I might have been offered some kind of reduction because I had had to wait so long but no. I understand that sometimes things overrun but this was more than 45 minutes - so no I wouldn’t recommend it to my family and friends.

The haircut was good, the stylist has made everything as I asked. The main flaw of the hair salon that it is dirty and they don't follow the sanitary guidances. Even in coronavirus conditions they don't care about the safety and overall experience of their customers. I sat in front of a dirty table with someone's hair on it and spots from coffee or something like that. I think that's awful that the stylist put the scissors and comb that used for my hair in a tray with someone else's hair. It was very unpleasant.

I had my hair cut , friday just gone to trim my full head of hair before going on holiday bbut my layers don't seem to have been cut hardly at all ! My hair is quite thick so needs to be managed and unfortunately has been very un managable whilst i'm away . I am going to have to have my hair cut again when i get back.
