I booked a colour online - I was advised £30 When I went to pay I was advised £50 - £20 for a blow dry When I spoke with Nat to advise of the hidden cost that I was not informed about. Her response was ‘’I don’t think you ever intended on paying for your blow dry’’. I have never been so embarrassed and mortified in my life! All the salon was looking at me. When making the appointment online for a colour the was no mention of any other costs therefore I thought the blow dry was included. I am not going to have a colour and walk out with wet hair am I? If stated online £20 for a blow dry I wouldn’t have made the appointment, this is a ridiculous amount to pay for just a blow dry! When I asked Nat if she was the manager she responded yes. This isn’t true is it? Seen that it’s Adele! Customers should be treated with respect, this was definitely not the case. If £20 included a cut also which I didn’t have I would understand the pricing. I left the shop crying, when a customer has their hair done they should be leaving happy and full of confidence like your mirrors exclaim! I had booked to have my hair coloured as I am going on holiday, the occasion should have been a positive experience! I had appointments booked for hair cuts for my daughter and I but after this I will certainly be cancelling them. After leaving the shop I told my daughter what had happened who contacted the salon via telephone and was informed that we are lying about my experience. I do not lie!

Always a first class service with a tremendously fabulous atmosphere , staff so friendly / smart / professional and know their stuff , offering great advise , fabulous products at such a great price …. “ pamper at its finest “. Xx
