I cannot fault the huge effort that Nat and the whole team have gone to in making sure we can have our amazing hair appointments back safely. This is the Gold Standard of how to run a salon during a pandemic. I am biased as I have been coming here for many years and didn’t think it could get any better. Well it has....,clear investment during lockdown makes such a difference and the whole salon is spotless with everything new and shiny. Please felllow customers respect the team and follow their guidance and we really can’t go wrong. Book early to avoid disappointment as the diary is getting full (phone ringing off the hook when I was there this evening) and when word gets out it will be difficult to get in. The only salon amongst my friends and family group (who live in another county) who are not charging customers for PPE. I asked why and the team said it just doesn’t feel right when money is so scarce for people. All of the stylists are fab and to me it feels like going back to see old friends..., thank you so much Holly and Kerry and in particular the amazing Nat who leads from the front and holds it all together with a a big smile and cool head no matter what. Well done ladies...., if this really was a war you would be the glue that held us all together 😷

Absolutely delighted with my haircut today. I was booked in with Andrew on the first day back after the Covid19 closure. So impressed with the rigorous and well thought out cleaning regime. Although it was the first day back for the staff, they were all so positive and upbeat as they got used to the visors and cleaning regime. I can honestly say the hairdresser cut the best short Bob I have ever had done. Such a friendly and genuine team. Thanks everyone x

Ann and all the girls at the salon are fantastic. As well as feeling instantly at home they actually listen to me (not all salons do), and advise on what style or colour would suit me best. Ann does my hair, but other staff have cut it over the years, and they all have superb cutting skills which makes it really easy to dry and style my hair myself.
