Everyone is always friendly and kind. I look forward to getting my haircut and chatting about whatever random conversation comes out of my mouth. I have my next haircut on the 15th or 16th, and I have already paid and tipped, knowing that the haircut will be bang on and the service will be tiptop. I am really grateful to all of the staff and team that make the environment so welcoming, specifically if, like me, you are not very good at walking into places such as this. In my head, I perceived the whole experience as posh and not something I had done until recent years when I realised that these Turkish barbers, whom I was paying 12 quid or 22 quid, did not actually know how to cut hair. They can use the clippers, and that's it. Thank you for your kindness and your service. It doesn't feel plastic or fake, so if it is, then you're really good at it. And if it's not, well, that's even better...
