Just some constructive feedback - noise from outside of treatment room is not good and ruins the experience of having a nice relaxing treatment. Advice is to either make the rooms sound proof (which I don't believe you'll do), or keep the noise levels to a minimum as not to disrupt the treatments that are going on.
