I was surprised to find that following shampooing I had had a blue rinse! There was not much concern over this which would have dismayed many other clients. Maybe a bit of an apology could have been offered as well as a re- shampoo! However, as usual I was treated well and had a good haircut. The quality of the coffee definitely needs improving. I think the salon could do with redecorating- it looks tired!

The salon is looking a bit tatty & not as smart or chic as I would expect given the quality of stylists and products. The walls & ceiling need painting & the plastic ivy looks tatty

I am not referring my family or friends as no-one lives locally - it is not a slight on the saloon! I don't have easy hair and I have been impressed by the way various stylists have dealt with it.

The stairs could do with a vacuum...the colorist was not that friendly and did not inspire. My hair line was not protected, no towel provided, basic hair care things. There was no check in after the hair color was done, which turned out to be a bit dark and 'blah', not to my surprise at all. I did not come away with that 'feel great experience', and would rather not set foot in there again, even tho I love Aveda products so I will need to think about it.
