Whole helix piercing was ripped through by ear with a comb, was bleeding a considerable amount, which is an accident I understand but I should’ve received a discount as I paid £60 and my ear is now in a lot of pain and it took 40 mins to try and put back in when I got home.

I love visiting a hair salon and in 50 years have never had an experience quite like this. The whole wash, cut and dry was completed in 30 mins. This makes me think it is a very expensive 30 mins. The stylist h showed little enthusiasm for the whole process. I would have been sat in silence for 30 mins staring out of a window but I spied some magazines in a corner and asked if I could read one. Nothing was classy - it was all very functional get in and get out and nothing much in between. So sorry not to rate higher .

The stairs could do with a vacuum...the colorist was not that friendly and did not inspire. My hair line was not protected, no towel provided, basic hair care things. There was no check in after the hair color was done, which turned out to be a bit dark and 'blah', not to my surprise at all. I did not come away with that 'feel great experience', and would rather not set foot in there again, even tho I love Aveda products so I will need to think about it.
