I have been using your salon (Benessere) for the last 12 months. It is always a pleasure to come into the salon and a very pleasant experience. My hair is a lot easier to manage myself since I have been coming to Benessere and that is down to Hannah, my stylist.

The service I receive is always polite, helpful and relevant to my needs; all appointments are confirmed by text a couple of days beforehand which, for example if a re-growth is timetabled the test patch has time to be applied. Appointments for other services are accommodated at the same time with ease. I have been a client for more years than I can remember and will continue to be so for the foreseeable future.

All in all I have had very pleasant experiences at my appointments for various hair and salon treatments at Benessere. I found the staff proficient and very accommodating in "squeezing" me in for an appointment that is more suitable for me.

I arrived at my appointment time and was greeted with a smile and taken straight for a consultation. We agreed on a colour and a style. I was in and out in no time at all and looking like a million dollars. Hannah both coloured and cut my hair and she did both beautifully. She even gave me tips for styling at home. I would recommend this salon to others and will continue to use it myself. The staff are very professional and courteous as well as friendly.
