Fran, Rob and the team are always welcoming, professional, helpful and honest (which is crucial with some of the way out ideas I've tried to do to my hair!). My hair is in better condition than it has ever been and I can't thank them enough!! A refreshing attitude from a salon - and none of the stylists are scissor happy!
