I had an appointment to have my acrylic nails taken off . Nice welcome and coffee offered . The Salon has nice decoration being a house although it can become a bit cramped if all the stations are full. Pleasant enough but a couple of extra touches would make so much difference to lift the experience from pleasant enough to really great. Offer to take and hang up someones coat , don't whisper out by the reception desk you can be heard by clients. Just a nice hand cream to finish off a treatment can make a world of difference especially something that leaves you with a lasting smell . Not going home smelling of acetone ..
