The massage itself was great! However, there were too many questions before my massage, it felt a bit like an interview (tell me about your body, diet, exercise, sleep, what's your job...). I know you want to find more about your clients so you can personalise the massage but I think it was too much. I came to relax and didn't appreciate the questions. After my massage the therapist took me in to a private room to talk to me about the ''break out'' on my back. I have the odd spot on my back (very few), but she made me feel like I bad acne and needed urgent treatment. She suggested several treatments and offered me a discount. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I know she was just pushing for a sale on further products/treatments and it ruined the whole experience. I regularly get massages to relax, this is the first time I have felt awkward and judged by the masseuse. I would not come back again.
