Having arrived on time and before the others booked in with me, I was then the last to be seen and then taken to a treatment room. The room itself was fitted nicely and as expected - I have been here before, but the bed for the massage was covered in what looked like bear and thin sheets as opposed to towels. It was all clean but not what i expected. no complaints about the massage or the pedicure but prices are not low. I would probably not use again

I was just a little surprised that I had to pay to have my big toenails repainted as I contact the salon on their next working day after realising that my gels were bubbled on the surface.

I had an appointment this afternoon to have my nails done. I booked the appointment a while ago and I am fairly sure I had booked my appointment with Dom. When I arrived I discovered that my appointment was to be shared with a therapist that had never had before and Sha, who has done my nails before and I would have been happy with. In the end the treatment was carried out by the therapist that I did not know. I did not feel comfortable with her. I needed a couple of nails that had come loose to be removed and found her method fairly painful. I am not sure I like the finished product. It was disappointing not to have had my appointment with Dom, whom I trust and did not get round to giving her a Christmas tip, which is given to say thank you for manicures throughout 2014. Normally, I am happy with my treatments. Today, I was not.

Had nails done on Friday , 1 chipped on Sunday. Which was repaired on Monday. But then another 2 chipped Monday evening. I would expect gel nails to last longer than 5 days . Not great value for money at £36 .

I felt the overall experience was rushed and lacked the relaxing atmosphere which I have had in the past, which is a great shame
