I was told to arrive at 3.15 for a pedicure. I arrived at 3.10 but was rushed through because the next client was due at 4.00.

Less then 48 hours and my gel manicure started to chip, this has never happened before, I wanted another appointment to fix this as this is unacceptable considering how much I spend to get my nails done, I’ve always used this salon and to me it has always been worth the money, except this experience. When approached the salon they wanted to charge me a small fee to fix the nails!!?? I don’t understand how a salon who charge a lot for nails is then comfortable to charge anything more to fix their work?? So disappointed. I will rather pay to re do them properly else where. Very disappointed.

I was not happy with the waxing, I asked for a Brazilian however was given an extended bikini instead, this was not what I wanted. The waxing has left my skin blotchy and I am not happy. I have had waxing many time before on a couple of occasions at you salon. However my nails are amazing, I do like the salon however this has not been my best experience.

The massage was ok - not as good as it usually is. The walls of the treatment rooms are also quite thin and I could hear the very loud conversation going on next door the entire time which didn't make the experience very relaxing. I do love the salon and the girls though and get manis and pedis here quite regularly which are great.

I have been coming to Beautiful nails for many years, this was the first treatment I’ve had with Naila. I had originally been booked in with someone else but was switched without my knowledge. I appreciate circumstances are tricky at the moment but I really did not like having facial waxing whilst sitting in a chair in an open room with people walking through. Naila was friendly enough but was very keen to sell me products and I really didn’t want to have as much information as she gave me. I came home with bright red areas after the waxing which doesn’t normally happen. My eyebrows have grown back very uneven and look very untidy and will need sorting out sooner than I usually do. I will come back but with definitely see a different therapist.
