Unfortunately not a great experience today.Bed became quite messy during the waxing. The lady was struggling to do a couple of areas and It was becoming a bit too painful. I had to suggest to use some talco. Left with waxing a bit everywhere on legs and feet. Had to throw away a pair of thighs as damaged by wax left on my legs.

I was a little disappointed with the service I received today. It seemed quite disorganised... and rushed to close up. I didn't feel my reception was good? I was greeted with... are you paying for your treatment? Obviously I had just arrived. Then was told my treatment for lashes would be upstairs... so India took me upstairs. India was not sure what room she was in? She asked a colleague and they didn't know. India knocked on a door where I think someone was getting changed? So we waited on the landing for 5 mins when a girl from reception came up the stairs and said they are just getting changed and asked for me to wait in the snug. I went downstairs and asked if I could have a coffee. I was told my treatment would be ready soon... so 'no' basically. I waited 5 mins in the snug and then India took me upstairs. She asked me to turn the lights up in the room. I felt a little told off for not making sure my lashes had no make up on as it saves them time if this is done before ( I had just finished work myself) and then asked if I had any of their products such as Elemis which I said yes... I do. I felt it was a major sales pitch. When the treatment was completed she said I could go downstairs and see reception about payment... as I walking down the stairs she said over bannister.. i will get an email about a review.... if I could write one that would be great. I left feeling really disappointed. India did not ask any personal questions. I asked her though.. such as did she have a good xmas and she gave an answer.... but no questions back. I did find the treatment relaxing but I was exhausted anyway as I had, had a long day. Disappointed is an understatement.
