Disappointed that only one member of staff in salon making waits even longer and not fair to the member of staff on duty.

The whole team in Supercuts are brilliant and cannot do more or be nicer ( especially Robbie) . The only negative is the price which has increased considerably since I started using Supercuts.

Lani was extremely friendly and welcoming. She listened to exactly what I wanted and I didnt feel pressured into being sold anything additoonal. She checked I was aware of the cost before starting, what I wanted before cutting and once the cut was completed.

Although Jenny was quite clearly in popular demand she was able to cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. the other stylist finished the task by drying my hair and trimming my fringe ,also thinning out my hair which is quite thick. All in all the ladies did a good job.Thank you very much.

I find the pricing difficult to understand. The prices charged are not as advertised. I am never sure what I will have to pay. Maybe there should be a special price for seniors, as is the case in most salons.

First visit back after covid restrictions/lockdown snd delighted to find my regular stylist still there. Superb cut and colour, friendly, courteous and professional staff. Only criticism is that despite a lengthy appointment I was not offered a drink/ coffee etc. Though am mindful that perhaps due to covid hygiene protocol it is no longer advised.
