I thoroughly enjoy my appointments with Austen Thomson Hair. The salon is very well presented and comfortable environment to be in. Clients are made very welcome by all staff, putting them at their ease. The staff take a very professional approach towards clients, discussing their requirements fully. The salon is a happy place to be in with a staff who are clearly working together very well ensuring they provide a very professional service for their clients

I've followed staff members from previous salon's to this new business so you could say i'm a loyal customer anyway. But this salon is such a step up from anything i've been too before. Clean, spacey, elegant and still friendly and welcoming. You don't feel like you are on a conveyor belt of customers that have gone past that day. Totally worth it. Would (and have) recommend it to anyone.
