I went to Austen Thomson for the first time yesterday and was so pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. My stylist was very interested to hear what I wanted and made sure she achieved this, whilst talking me through the whole process. I was very well looked after and have made a 2nd appointment already. Highly recommended.

Great salon, really relaxing environment. Christie is excellent, always professional yet friendly. It's definitely not cheap but you do get what you pay for - quality and professionalism.

Austen, Louise and their team are always so warm, welcoming and professional. Every time I'm there I see Austen teaching someone something - how brilliant is that! I usually see Lauren and she always delivers excellent, professional service. I just had my long hair cut into a short bob and she was wonderful, involving me in every step of the process, careful to give me exactly what I wanted. Great team. Love them.

Fab salon, with excellent attention to detail. Brilliant hair cut and colour from Austen today. Really feel that the staff listen to you and then do what you asked with a little bit of magic on top.
