I love going to have my hair done at Austen Thomson. At the salon everyone is friendly and thoroughly professional. The whole experience is comfortable and enjoyable, from the warm welcome, the time taken to discuss how to do my hair and the care taken with colouring and cutting. I do I do promote the salon among friends and relations.

Wonderful. Welcoming, comfortable, great atmosphere, fab service, sound advice, brilliant cuts. Relaxed, friendly, stylish, great tunes, bright. A happy team who value and support each other and treat all their clients with such respect and warmth. We travel 100 miles to visit the salon, and will continue to. Thanks :)
