Most definitely the worst most unprofessional pedicure I have ever had. The therapist had little to no experience in painting nails and I am appalled that she seemed satisfied with her work. This therapist clearly had no training. This is my second bad experience at this salon and although the salon has offered to repaint my toes. I will not be returning.

I have had waxing and eyelash tint today (Saturday 18th). One eye is slightly darker than the other, and once I’d had a shower you would never have known that I’d had an eyelash tint. I’ve been coming to the salon many years and always saw Emma, but thought I would try the other staff members. I would like someone to call me to discuss re-doing the tint ASAP as I am going on holiday on Tuesday. I have never ever experienced such a rush job since coming to your salon. Many thanks Debra

Practitioner was either not confident or experienced enough to tailor my treatment to what my explicit need was on the day. The treatment that I was recommended was not a great fit for my issue. There was a lack of communication about and during the treatment despite a number of prompts for change. I was very conscious of the practitioner breathing onto my face from close distance during one part of the treatment with what seemed like smokers breath with the smell and the toxins involved. Additionally, the massage actually lasts 50 mins and not 60 as advertised.

I asked as soon as I came into the treatment room where the toilet was as I am 8 months pregnant and still have sickness and the look I was given was disgusting. The girl said she had a phobia of sick and I was made to feel like I shouldn’t be there. The overall experience was horrible and I felt so uncomfortable I couldn’t wait to leave.

The person who does the threading cut me. I have had threading done before and never had a cut that lasts this long. They are usually very minor and goes away after a few hours. If someone is not qualified to deal with different types of skin types they should not be doing this job. And on top I paid £24.
