I bought a package of gels on hands, massage and spray tan. They were all booked for one day. A treat I was looking forward to. Turned out to be more of a hassle than a treat. Won't be doing that again!! I would have been grateful if: - I had been informed that I could not have them all on the same day (massage and tan not on the same day) I was called later about this - I had been told to turn up with bare nails. Soak off not included in the package and resulted me in having to return to the salon later for my tan and an extra £15 added to the £93 I'd already paid. - when I left the salon wearing tight jeans and boots the receptionist had told me to come back wearing flip flops and loose clothing for my tan rather than me calling them to double check (having had the experience with the nails). I have massages at Cove and really, really enjoy them but this visit has put me off! PLEASE DO NO ASSUME YOUR CLIENTS KNOW WHAT YOU KNOW. IT IS NOT OBVIOUS TO EVERYONE, ESPECIALLY THOSE FOR WHOM A SALON TRIP IS A TREAT! THANK YOU.

Elisa is excellent, hot stone message was very relaxing, Elisa has a calm and relaxing presence. Danni on reception is also great. Recommended!

I had the Caci facial with Elise and it was really good. Elise was very professional and the whole experience was very enjoyable. I would highly recommend The Cove as all the staff are really friendly and you will be well looked after.

I had facial threading, and the therapist was harsh in her technique and tore the skin in several places, which will take a few days to heal. I raised this, but didn't receive a proper apology. I won't be returning. The treatment was also overpriced, and the toilet looked like it had not had a deep clean for a while. Far from the standard of a top-notch salon.

Very disappointed . The person who did me she was very good . But what she has to work with was not for the money . Foot bath well I had to sit on the end of the bed and put your feet in not very professional. The nail varnish was near the end . It was thick . The foot stub I was sat again on the end of bed done while in water . The top coat was near the end all the equipment the girl had to use was bear the end . On the whole I could have done it myself . You go to relax and feel u had an overall experience and come out with new feet . The overall experience was not how I have had a pedicure before . I will not come again very dissatisfied with how you do pedicures . Also the reception girl had to finish me off . The girls are lovely I they have to work with what they have . I feel you need to look at provide a more relaxing way to do pedicures and also it needs to be more modern . needs an overall decors

I went in with the beginnings of a migraine. Hannah gave me a fabulous Indian Head Massage and dug into a knot in my neck. Not only did I come out with no pain I had a nap too!! Thank you ladies. Looking forward to seeing you on 26th May.
