My massage was amazing, the only thing that would be nice would have been any advice for going home, normally would be told to drink, relax how long before showering, how long you can leave oil on skin for etc and it wound have been nice to-be offered a cold drink afterwards, as I have always had in other places.

We are disappointed to hear that you were not provided with after-care by our therapist - we take these matters very seriously and will be investigating this through our branch manager to ensure this does not happen again. As for a cold drink post treatment, this is something we usually offer, however due to the current COVID safety measures, serving drinks in our premises is currently on hold. We hope you'll visit us again where we'll be able to demonstrate our usual high standards and a five-star service.

An excellent treatment. The salon is clean, comfortable and cosy. The staff are very welcoming, particularly the manager Alice. The therapist went beyond expectation and delivered an outstanding swedish massage - it was both very therapeutic and also relaxing.

It was really lovely to return to the salon. I was really looking forward to my facial. I was unaware that my usual therapist had left and no one introduced me to the new therapist. I had to ask her name at the end of the treatment! The facial was really lovely and done with care. I really wished the therapist had discussed my skin, any problems etc. I had a lot to say but she just went ahead with her treatment anyway. The previous therapists I had always advised me on products and different treatments to improve my skin. I always rated this salon and hope to continue doing so. These little things make a huge difference to the client.

Excellent lava shell massage. Will definitely return for more treatments. I would recommend carpet on thr stairs above the room, or quiet shoes to lessen noise of people walking above.
