The salon at 53 opened in May 2013. Our salon is made up of 7 staff members where between us all are able to carry out all aspects of hairdressing.
Our salon promises to deliver a top quality service and pride ourselves on having a very loyal and regular clientele ranging in all ages.
We only employ fully qualified hairdressers and indentured apprentices who will use top quality products supported by continuous education to achieve excellent results.
Our prices are based on the time we allow for each appointment and the experience of each individual stylist. We offer appointments with junior, senior and specialist sylists.
We understand at The salon at 53 that every individual has a specific need, so we are happy to provide and welcome each client to a FREE in depth consultation before making any appointment to discuss their needs and budget, in doing so it provides us with the opportunity to achieve and deliver your desired results.

Today I was made to feel very welcome and my haircut was done efficiently and competently - as always. All the staff were friendly and polite. Safety measures at the salon were excellent and very unobtrusive, and the professionalism stands out by miles. Thank you so much to Carly for always knowing what I want and just quietly doing a really good cut
