My appointment time has been changed for my last two appointments. Last time I was unable to have the treatment I booked as there was not enough time. This time my appointment was 30 mins later. Also I wanted a French manicure and you did not have polish colours available so had to settle for an alternative not the service I have been used to or expect. Your staff dealt with these professionally and politely they can not be faulted but your booking system needs refining and your stock control

Pedicure very basic not worth the money wouldn’t have another one however Gemma really lovely

The hot stone massage I had was very good and good value for money. The only down side was that there was a lot of external noise going on from other staff and/or customers which rather spoiled the relaxing atmosphere.

As mention to Paul my complaint was about the booking for my nails I sat from 5-30 with my nails soaking off until about 6-15pm I asked had they forgotten me I was told nobody there to do my nails. after numerous calls they managed to get Donna out & she treated me very professionally as she wasnt booked to do them! I also pointed out that on my first visit to the shop I was kept wAiting quite a while & as this was only shellac fingers my apt was 7pm & it was 8-50 pm when I got home. Which I thought was too long to just do nails which usually only take less than an hour! I was prepared to come Again then this happened! I was quite upset.by tonight's issue as was going on Hol 1st thing thurs am I hope that you can speak to the person Involved so it doesn't happen again I await your reply Gloria yates
