I came today for my very first spray tan and will not be coming back. The service was terrible and I had to wait almost 15 minutes. I was given no instructions for aftercare despite mentioning it was my first time having a spray tan, and although the spray tanner said we would discuss how dark I would like to go beforehand she did not follow through and as a result I have washed my tan off nine hours later to find that I am almost as pale as when I first walked in the door. Finally, the salon attempted and failed to charge me more than I was supposed to pay for. I feel like I have been cheated out of £10 and a nice tan before my holiday tomorrow and will never ever recommend this salon to friends or family.

I was booked in to have a pedicure with louise however when I arrived I had Gemma. Sadly there was no mention of the msssage chair being turned on and no water jets. There are also gaps in the nail paint - it looks untidy. I was also not told that Shellac would be more expensive - a bit of a shock when I was expecting to pay £20. This was booked as a birthday present and sadly it was really dissppointing.

Very disappointed with the shellac polish I got, as it looked awful.polish set lumpy and parts of each nail were missed out and had a large gap between cuticle and start of polish.i could tell as the lady was doing the manicure that it wasn't professionally done as it was like she was in a rush and didn't seem very happy,although the she tried to make idle chit chat.the way she was didn't make me feel comfortable to tell her that I wasn't happy with it,so I didn't say anything,which is my own fault.within a week the polish had started to chip and lift away from the nail.i had been to the salon and had shellac by another lady before and it was brilliant and lasted for ages, which made this visit even more of a bad experience.so unfortunately I would not visit again because of this.

Treatment lovely but waited over 30 minutes and staff not aware what i had booked so un prepared. A morning appointment too so would have expected to be on time.

My appointment time has been changed for my last two appointments. Last time I was unable to have the treatment I booked as there was not enough time. This time my appointment was 30 mins later. Also I wanted a French manicure and you did not have polish colours available so had to settle for an alternative not the service I have been used to or expect. Your staff dealt with these professionally and politely they can not be faulted but your booking system needs refining and your stock control

Pedicure very basic not worth the money wouldn’t have another one however Gemma really lovely
