Booked the appointment through Treatwell, when I got there the lady told me that they ran out of the hot wax and they only have the warm one. I booked an appointment for a Hollywood waxing, the whole thing took like 15 min, i was left with hair, it was painful and just didn’t feel comfortable. The lady was friendly but I think someone should have contacted me prior to my appointment to let me know they didn’t have the hot wax or at least to offer me a discount as it wasn’t my fault that it was on order. I would recommend to send the staff to training as I can’t believe that in 2019 in England you can have such a bad experience. Worse experience ever, it’s the second time I go waxing in the Uk and it’s just disgusting.
