The treatment room was small and cold. I felt cold throughout the treatment. The door had to be left ajar so we could hear music which didn't help with the cold room. I had the hot stone massage. Didn't leave feeling relaxed at all.

Stylist was nice but very rushed place was cold no atmosphere I did not like receptionist at all very harsh Manor paid on line with treatwell then was asked for 3 pound for curls disgusting nothing was explained about how the blow dry was going to cost extra . Thought rude sorry won’t be going again do not phone thanks

Thank you for taking the time to review us. The service you had was a wash and blowdry and as Shannon finished the smooth blowdry with body you wanted it curled. This is additional and took time todo. A smooth blowdry v curly is more money and time. I also wish to apologise if you felt I was abrupt that is definitely not my way as a person.

Sad to say that I won’t be returning having waited half an hour for my appointment only to be told the therapist didn’t even know I was booked in despite me booking a few days prior to the appointment. Sadly I’m not impressed.

I am not happy. Firstly I was not told when booking that Shannon-who usually does my hair would not be doing my hair when I booked. Secondly I paid £14 more than any restyle Ever at your salon for a not very experienced stylist (£80 to book online). You have just lost a customer I want an experienced hairdresser not sitting for three and a half hours and not really happy with cut

I have no negative comment about the young lady that did my treatment today, however generally I did not feel like a valued customer. I had booked ahead two weeks ago but then was told on the day that I attended for the appointment that I did not have an appointment. I was not given an apology, I was made to feel like I was a liar. Why I would waste my time attending for an appointment that I hadn’t booked is beyond me! I object to paying such a large deposit (40%). In terms of the treatment today I was disappointed because it was considered to be a full pedicure but my feet were not washed or soaked prior to removing hard skin, I have never had a pedicure - and I have had many - where I have not had a foot soak. This should be made clear to customers at the time of booking, in my case I simply would not have booked. I will not be returning to the salon.
