Although staff were lovely and friendly, my curls dropped within an hour and my roots appeared grey. I have slightly greying hair but not to this extreme, therefore would not recommend or use again sorry.

Please take my comment as feedback to help you. I know you are working on the decor but currently very dark and old fashioned. The wash chairs are incredibly uncomfortable. There are much better ones available. Cost does not match service and products. For many treatments you are restricted by the products you use. There are much more modern techniques that can be used. E.g highlights. I never hear the staff talk about any updates to training so this could be something to look at. More drinks please. For a two and a half hour appointment one drink is not enough. Happy to pay. Staff are friendly but been in four times now and staff do not know me. Never asked if I wish to book my next appointment. Missed opportunity.

I booked for a cut & colour and asked for a graduated bob and roots retouched. Colour is OK, although noticeably darker than the rest of my hair. The cut is disappointing and a little untidy. One side appears shorter than the other, even after I pointed it out to the stylist and she attempted to correct the issue. This is my 3rd visit to this salon, the 2nd visit being necessary to redress an issue with the cut after the 1st visit. I won't be returning I'm afraid. Staff however were polite and welcoming.

First time in here for about 10 years and was quite disappointed how standards seem to have gone down. 1)my hairdresser didn't introduce herself 2)my washed hair soaked my top and dripped down my neck 3)I was not asked if I was comfortable in the chair (ie y legs were almost dangling) 4) I was not offered a drink until half way through the cut 5) chewing gum !! 6)didn't offer to brush off hair from my face, clothes etc when finished

My eyebrows were too big, I did ask to make them smaller but they were still too large.

I booked in for a 60 minute massage however after being explained to that the 50 minutes would include consultation and dressing undressing the whole process still only took 40 minutes the massage lasted for only 25. The girl was lovely however I was quite dissapoubted with the length of the massage.
