First, the salon is beautiful and clean. Warm welcome and politeness...so nice. I had an appointment with Madalina and it was really satisfactory. She listens and she takes care of your hair. Her focus is very amazing and she does a really good job. This hair salon is distinguished and really clean and fresh.

Madalina was great. I am only traveling to London for work and will stay here for 6 weeks. I never cheat on my barber in the Netherlands because he knows how to work with fuzzy and curly hair. Coming in I had quite low expectations just because I know it can be a hassle to work with my mess (which is on top of my head). Madalina seemed a bit nervous because I kind of instructed her what to do and especially what not to do. She took her time and consulted with me along the way to see if I was oke with the result. Next to that she listened carefully to what I really don’t want to happen (which with curly hair happens all the time. Wet hair, 5cm off and POOF, you are a poodle). The only thing that I have for advice is: get some curl friendly products in house. I know this is a stretch, and I am used to walking out a shop and having to redo my hair. But it would save some time if it were finished all the way through. I noticed they primarily cut women and asian man, so for me coming in it was already a challenge since I don’t have a single straight hair. Madalina is actually really sweet and all the staff were welcoming. I am not the awkward type but if you are, this place is still fine for you. You’ll manage, give it a try!
