This was the first time going to a salon that had curly hair specialist. I was really worried about going to a salon as I hadn't been in a long time and wanted a big change. The staff however made me feel so welcome and listened to. I wanted to donate the hair that I was having chopped off and they made that so easy to do. Alex was so lovely and gave some really great advice and was lovely to chat to. Normally I feel uncomfortable or put down at salons but everyone was so kind and chatty that I didn't feel unwelcome at any point. I'm so glad I went to this salon and I will definitely be going back again!
